The Cape May Division of Treasury in Cape May, NJ is responsible for the disbursement of all funds including purchase order encumbrances and the payment of bills, the receipt and deposit of funds, investments, supervision of all aspects of payroll including the issuance of paychecks and all payroll reporting requirements, the maintenance of financial records including the municipal budget and any grant programs awarded the City of Cape May. The Purchasing function is also contained within the Division of Treasury.
