The Chery Hill NJ Tax Collection Department handles the billing and collection of all property taxes and township sewer rents.

Tax Due Dates
Property Taxes Due Quarterly: August 1, November 1, February 1, May 1
Residential Sewer Rent Due Annually: April 1
Commercial Sewer Rent Due Semi-Annually: November 1 and May 1

Sewer Rent Discount
The Township offers a 10% discount on sewer rents for homeowners age 60 years or older. Residents must show proof of age to the tax collector to qualify for this discount.
