Town of Cornwall Building Department
The Town of Cornwall NY Building Department administers and enforces the New York State Building Code, the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Cornwall, and the code of the Town of Cornwall.
The Building Department is responsible for issuing building permits, conducting construction inspections, and investigating complaints.
The Building Department is responsible for conducting fire safety inspections of all non-residential and commercial properties within the Town.
