The Denver Borough Code Enforcement Division is located in Denver PA.
The Denver Borough Code Enforcement Division shall protect and promote the public health, safety and welfare of its citizens through the administration of the provisions of the Borough of Denver Code of Ordinances and other local, state, and federal codes.
The Code Enforcement Division is responsible for the following areas:
· Investigating complaints
· Managing Residential Rental Unit Licenses and inspections.
· Issuing Yard Sale Permits
· Issuing violation notices and citations.
