Goochland County "does not" offer curbside trash pickup. There are two convenience centers where household trash and recycling can be dropped off. Please see the Solid Waste & Recycling page for more information. 

These centers are available, free of charge, for use by County residents who have proof of residency for disposal of household trash and recyclable items.

There is a fee to dispose of certain items such as:  

Air conditioners

Automobile tires

Brush

Refrigerators and other appliances containing Freon

*Goochland County works with subdivisions and other individual areas in eastern and central portions of the County to provide "curbside recycling". This service is provided at an annual cost of $25 per year, per household.
