Library-Penn Area Library
The Penn Area Library is located at 2001 Municipal Court, Harrison City PA, Westmoreland County, (behind the Penn Township Municipal Building).
Penn Area Library will endeavor to provide a wide range of materials. Materials are not excluded because of the origin, background or view of those contributing to their creation. It is also the intent of the Penn Area Library to enter into reciprocal agreements with other libraries and agencies to improve service to its patrons through the shared use of resources.
