The Lancaster City Zoning Hearing Board rules on requests for exceptions and variances related to the Zoning Ordinance. The Board also hears and decides appeals from decisions of the City’s zoning officer.

Zoning Board meetings are held the third Monday of each month (except Holidays) at 4 p.m. in City Hall, 120 North Duke Street. If arriving after 5 p.m. applicants should use the Marion Street entrance to the City Hall annex.
