The Borough of Myerstown has delegated the administration and enforcement of the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code (UCC) to the Lebanon County Planning Department (LCPD).  All code permit applications are received by the LCPD.  

 If you are not sure a Permit is needed in the Borough, before you begin the work, feel free to call the Borough Office at 866-5038. It is better to have the Permit than to have the work stop until one is obtained.

Enforcement of Permits is addressed by the Myerstown Borough Police Department, the Borough Manager and the Public Works Supervisor.
