Manchester Borough Zoning and Building Permits
To initiate any building project on your property in the Borough of Manchester, PA, please contact the borough office. A permit, now being referred to as a borough Zoning Permit is still required to erect any manmade item, which includes a deck, patio, fence, pool, and shed . A Zoning Permit is required for these, as well as any addition or structure you might wish to add to your property.
