Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh’s Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (LBPH) is a network library of the Library of Congress National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped. Our print and electronic collections include large print books, audio described DVDs, audio books and magazines, physical Braille books and downloadable audio and Braille services through BARD.
