Dutchess County Division of Central Services located in Poughkeepsie, NY  is a compilation of twelve different functional units with the task of serving the operational needs of all other County Departments; assisting them in providing their services to the public more efficiently and at a reduced cost. To this end we provide Centralized Procurement, Contract Administration, Centralized Contract Database, Procurement Card Program Administration, Centralized Interdepartmental Billing, Records Management and Storage Services, Automotive Fleet Maintenance and Administration, Telecommunication Services, Centralized Storeroom, Fixed Asset Program Administration, Centralized Printing and Duplication Services and a Centralized Internal and US Mail Distribution Program.
