Town of Wallkill Court
Due to its location and population, the Wallkill Justice Court in Middletown NY has one of the highest volumes of cases in the state, ranging from traffic infractions to misdemeanors under the Penal Law and other statutes. The Court also has civil jurisdiction including small claims with a monetary limit of $3,000.00. Currently four Court sessions are held each week.
