Hopewell Township Septic System and Cesspool Enforcement
As part of the PA Department of Environmental Protection Act 537 Plan, Hopewell Township is required to have a maintenance plan for all septic systems and cesspools located in the Township. This maintenance plan requires all of these systems to be pumped (septic systems) or inspected (cesspools) once every four years.
