The Milton Engine Company #1 is a 100% volunteer fire company that has proudly served the hamlet of Milton, within the Town of Marlborough, since 1904. We are located in Southern Ulster County, New York. Our station is located on 21 Main Street.

   Our company provides Fire and Rescue services to the people that live and pass through Milton. We have over 25 active members that respond to an average of about 110 calls per year. Our apparatus includes a 1988 Hahn Pumper, a 1997 Saulsbury Simon-Duplex Rescue Pumper, a 2001 Ford F550 Brush Truck, a 2004 Dodge Hemi Chief's vehicle and a 2005 American LaFrance Pumper/Tanker.

   In addition to the Milton Fire District area, we also provide mutual aid to our surrounding towns in Ulster, Orange and Dutchess Counties.
