The Hallam Borough Council of York County PA is the governing body of the Borough. They are responsible for enacting a budget, adopting ordinances, personnel related matters and more. Meetings are held the second Monday and the fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm at the municipal office.Council members are elected to 4 year terms.
