Hallam Borough Sanitary Sewer
Almost the entire Hallam Borough and most of the more developed areas of Hellam Township are served by the Eastern York County Sewer Authority (EYCSA). The Authority Board meets the 4th Monday of most months at 7:30 pm at the Hellam Township Building.
