York City Bureau of Permits, Planning and Zoning is responsible for issuing zoning permits for any type of construction in the CIty of York, PA. All applications must be returned to the Bureau of Permits, Planning and Zoning located 101 South George Street. Some applications will require a fee to accompany the permit at the time of submission.
